As the summer takes over winter, it’s time to shed all your woolens and freak around in cool attire avoiding the sun and the warm weather. Summer is a time to feel yourself out from the coziness of your jeans and sweaters and to get yourself something sleek and trendy. Summer calls for party, outing, hanging around but is your skin ready to face the harsh daylight.

In winters, we often become careless and pay less attention in pampering ourself. We often ignore shaving our legs as in winters we keep ourself covered to be warm. But in summer things get changed and we show off our skin and need to pay attention towards everything.

Skin is one thing in our body that is exposed to sunlight, pollution and is displayed as well. This part of the body is uncovered and is open to see which compels you to keep it look good and presentable.

There is a process in which skin continuously sheds the dead skin cells after which a healthy skin grows. If the dead skins are moisturized continuously without removing them, it results in a dry and dull skin.

During summer, one has to be extra protective and caring towards the skin. Your skin yells for rejuvenation during the hot windy summer. There are very simple steps to be followed that will procure the lost glowness of your skin. Skin needs extra care from the day when summer starts to keep your skin beautiful.

In summer, we lose moisture of our skin in various ways like by sweating which takes out water and also removes the salt from the skin. Avoid using soaps, cosmetics and other chemicals, as they may take off all the moisture from the skin. Prefer using baby oil or any other natural oil after taking bath, as they help to lock the moisture without blocking the pores. During summer, it is important to use sunscreen lotion with SPF that helps to protect your skin from the harmful sun rays. Apply the sunscreen before going out in the sun. Avoid greasy or cold cream, as they may block the pores instead use light and non-greasy creams.

Exfoliate your skin; it helps to remove the dead skin cells. Use a loofah, sponge while taking a bath. This helps to remove dead cells from your body. For face, prefer using facial scrub at least once a week. While exfoliating your face use the scrub gently on a circular motion.

In summer, we exhibit our skin and while doing so the skin should look clean and healthy. In summer, use the razor against the granule of the hair and after shaving use a shave cream to moisturize your skin.

Often we spend lots of time in taking care of our skin and forget our feet. We forget that the feet are also noticeable. Feet are that part of our body that requires extra attention and caring. The best remedy to make your feet look great is pedicure. Try to go for pedicure every month and make sure that your feet are being scrubbed during pedicure. You will not only feel relaxed but your feet will look good too. Make a habit of applying moisturizer and putting them into socks at night before going to bed.

During summer, we lose lots of water from our body that takes away glowness and elasticity of your skin. Drink lots and lots of water. This will keep you healthy and help to bring back the elasticity of the skin making it look good.
