  1. Do you think that Meal Snap App is accurate though, I mean could you specify the difference between a home made curry and a take away one for instance? I would be a handy app to have when you are out and about though.

  2. There are a lot of great resources out there. I’m not a big fan of meal snap though, since it isn’t always accurate. Understanding and accurately tracking calories is a vital part of losing weight.
