You can lose your double chin by eating less. By limiting your calorie intake, you reduce the amount of fat you store in your body and your face. Exercises should be performed in all parts of the body. exercising the face is just as important as exercising different parts of the body. Facial exercises are already done during the past but only a few would know about it.
